Why did you launch the Organic Hemp website?

We launched a separate website for our Organic Hemp Extract because hemp is newly legal at the federal level and many payment processors are still defining their policies about hemp sales. We have partnered with progressive, hemp-friendly merchants and payment processors on to bring you this incredibly beneficial herbal extract.

Will I be able to purchase Organic Hemp Extract with other Global Healing products?

No, you will not be able to purchase Organic Hemp Extract with other Global Healing products as the checkout and shipping processes are separate. You can return to Global Healing or Organic Hemp to complete individual transactions.


Can I purchase Organic Hemp Extract if I live outside of the US?

No, Organic Hemp Extract can only be shipped within the U.S.

Can I purchase Organic Hemp Extract from any U.S. state?

No, Organic Hemp Extract can only be shipped to the following U.S. states, which are currently supported by our hemp-friendly merchant processor:

How do I return Organic Hemp Extract or other Global Healing products?

Submit a returns request here. Make sure to add the order number associated with your purchase, whether it’s Organic Hemp Extract or other Global Healing products. If you are returning items from multiple orders, fill out a form for each order. A member from our Customer Satisfaction Team will review and process your return(s) within 48 hours.

Subscribe & Save

I have Organic Hemp Extract on Subscribe & Save. Will that remain active?

Our Subscribe & Save service for Organic Hemp Extract is separate from the Subscribe & Save service on the Global Healing website. If you had a Subscribe & Save subscription for Organic Hemp Extract, it will be transferred automatically to Organic Hemp. You will need to make an Organic Hemp customer account to modify your subscription settings.

How can I access my subscriptions?

You can access your customer portal here. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your customer portal by clicking on "Manage Subscriptions."

How do I update billing information on my subscriptions?

In the billing information tab, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. Edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

How do I Cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the "Subscriptions" tab, click "Cancel" next to the subscription order you would like to cancel and follow the prompts.

How do I skip a delivery?

Once logged in, click on "Delivery Schedule" on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click "Skip" next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, click "Unskip" next to the order.

How can I update my shipping address?

Once logged in, click on "Subscriptions" and then click "Edit" to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update payment information. You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address.

Can I add a product to my subscription?

Yes. Once logged in, select the subscriptions tab, then click "Add Product." This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.

Do Subscribe & Save orders include free shipping and returns?

Yes, all orders include free shipping and our backed by our “Year to Love It” guarantee.

Store Credit

Will I be able to apply store credit to an Organic Hemp Extract purchase?

Please contact our Customer Satisfaction Team to use a store credit from your Global Healing account to purchase Organic Hemp Extract.

Coupons & Promotions

Will I be able to apply special coupons and promotions to Organic Hemp Extract purchases?

Coupons are only valid for purchases on Global Healing, not Organic Hemp. A discount for Organic Hemp Extract is only available by placing it on Subscribe & Save.

What is QuadPay?

QuadPay is a payment platform that gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple installments using a credit or debit card. QuadPay automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. QuadPay empowers you to buy now, pay over time.

What information does QuadPay ask for?

QuadPay requires your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and either a debit or credit card for sign up. Instead of having a traditional username and password, QuadPay requires a mobile phone number and text message verification.


Who can use QuadPay?

In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:

  • Live in the US
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
  • Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase

How do I sign up?

You can sign up during the checkout process. For the initial sign up QuadPay will just need your date of birth, a mobile number and either a debit or credit card. You'll know if you are approved instantly!

How can I check my QuadPay Orders or Account?

The easiest way to manage your QuadPay orders is via our app which you can download here. QuadPay also has a Customer Portal where you can log in by entering your mobile number or email address and have instant access to your current and past orders at Customer Portal

Will I be notified before I am charged for an installment?

QuadPay notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.

When is my first payment due?

Your first installment of 25% of the purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three installments will be billed automatically, every two weeks.

Can I pay off my installments early?

Of course. Just log into the App or Customer Portal and choose the order you wish to pay early.

What if I have trouble paying?

It’s important to notify QuadPay to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date. Payments are automatic, however, QuadPay charges late fees in certain instances, such as if your payment cannot be processed because your debit card account has insufficient funds or your credit card is no longer valid. For more information on late fees, please see QuadPay’s help page. If your payment is denied in error, you can contact QuadPay Support by submitting a request.

What if I lose or want to change my card of payment for an existing order?

QuadPay associates your card with your order when you first complete the checkout process. If you need to change which payment method is used for future installments for an order, follow these steps to associate a different card with a given order. This will cause all further installments for that order to be billed against your new card.

  • Log into the Customer Portal
  • Go to the Orders Page and click View Order for the order you would like to change.
  • Click Edit next to the payment card, select the card you’d like to use, and click “Use this Card”

How do returns, refunds, and partial refunds work?

As soon as QuadPay is notified of the return, our customers are refunded the amount they’ve paid to-date and QuadPay cancels all future payments. In the event of a partial refund, scheduled installments are reduced/cancelled first, and then paid installments are refunded.
